Chapter 15 - Nathan Confronts Corrupt Board Members In Emergency Session
At noon, Nathan walked into the corporate boardroom at Cole Tower in downtown Manhattan, accompanied by federal prosecutors.
The corrupt board members, who had conspired with Victoria to execute the hostile takeover, sat waiting around the mahogany table.
“Nathan! Thank goodness you’re here; we are trying to salvage what’s left of the company after your disastrous scandal!” a board member cried.
Nathan didn’t sit down at the head of the table; instead, he placed a thick digital drive directly into the master projector port.
The main wall screen illuminated instantly, displaying bank wire records, secret offshore accounts, and extortion memos.
“You’re looking at the financial evidence of your own federal indictments for racketeering, embezzlement, and conspiracy,” Nathan announced.
