Miles away across the misty harbor, Celeste Romano smashed her crystal coffee mug against the mahogany study wall.
Hot dark liquid splattered across the Persian rug, staining the expensive fabric in a jagged, dark pattern.
“A housekeeper!” Celeste screamed, her manicured fingers digging into the edges of her French silk dressing gown.
