Michael revealed a sealed copy of Richard Mercer's final will.
The public will had left controlling interest to Daniel.
The private version contained one extraordinary clause.
If Richard's biological child ever came forward with verifiable proof, fifty-one percent of the family's controlling shares would transfer to that child.

Michael smiled sadly.
“Then you won't mind having it authenticated.”
